This policy explains what data Chaser collects and how we use it.
What we collect
- Account data: Your email address and encrypted password
- Invoice data: Client names, emails, amounts, and due dates you enter
- Email logs: Records of which escalation emails were sent and when
- Payment data: Managed by Stripe — we store only your Stripe customer ID
- Analytics: Anonymous usage events (page views, feature usage) via Sentry
How we use it
- To operate the invoice escalation service
- To send you account-related emails (sign-in, password reset, onboarding) via Resend
- To monitor for errors and improve reliability via Sentry
- We do not sell your data, ever.
- We do not use your client data for any purpose other than sending the emails you configure
Third-party services
- Supabase — Data storage (PostgreSQL on AWS EU). Privacy policy
- Stripe — Payment processing. We never store card details. Privacy policy
- Resend — Transactional email delivery. Privacy policy
- Sentry — Error monitoring. Captures anonymized stack traces; no personal data is included. Privacy policy
Cookies
We use cookies for authentication (Supabase session) and analytics (anonymous). We do not use advertising cookies. See the cookie banner on first visit.
Data storage
Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) on AWS servers in the EU. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
Deletion
You can delete your account at any time. All associated data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
GDPR
