Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. It's a monthly subscription. Cancel from your account settings in 30 seconds. No contracts, no cancellation fees, no awkward phone calls.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and iDEAL (Netherlands/Belgium). Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Is my data safe?
Your invoice data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security — only you can read your own data. We use HTTPS everywhere, never sell data, and don't have access to your Stripe account.
Do you take a cut of recovered invoices?
No. Chaser charges a flat $15/month. When your client pays via Stripe, the money goes directly to your Stripe account. We only earn our monthly subscription fee.
What if my client ignores all 4 emails?
After 4 escalating emails with no response, Chaser has done its job. At that point you'll see a 'Serious overdue' alert with suggested next steps: try a phone call, send a formal letter, or file a small claims court claim (typically effective for invoices under $10,000).
